I went with a quasi-runic look for this tongue, and yes, it's translatable. Two phrases, to be precise: The Ministers of Fate/The Flux Ascendancy.

either way I like it. It reminds me of a mix between some forms of cuneiform, and the viking alphabet. In fact, this almost seems fit for an iconic cover of a music CD it's so instantly striking and recognizable.
